Presented to Parliament by the Secretary of State for Health by Command of Her Majesty, July 2001

The Final Report has two principal sections.

Section One considers paediatric cardiac surgical services in Bristol during the years 1984-1995.

Section Two responds to the last element of the Inquiry's Terms of Reference: "to make recommendations which could help to secure high quality care across the NHS".

Annex A

Annex B

Annex D is a verbatim transcript of the oral evidence heard during Phase 1 (Oral Hearings).
